Tramonto Circuits provides design services for all flexible heater products. Whether you are looking for a new flexible heater manufacturer, have an existing design you need modified, or would like to design a new heater, we can help. Our CAD group is comprised of talented and experienced layout engineers who are happy to support your requirements.

Flexible heater design is the most requested service for our design group. Around half of all the heater products we manufacture are designed from scratch. Working in partnership with you, our engineers use their knowledge of fabrication techniques, materials, and design options to complete the project successfully.

To ensure a successful flexible heater design, we take several factors into consideration. Variables include but are not excluded to required shape, thinness, and tolerances, along with flex area and the temperature of the material being heated. An engineer works closely with you to understand the application and provide recommendations based on these and other specifications.

When requested, we provide five evaluation units at production cost for testing and validation. If your product testing requires multiple phases of prototyping, we work with you to modify the design and provide prototypes until you are ready to move into production. Rigorous, multi-point inspections occur throughout production to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
