MULTI LAYERED CIRCUITS

Multi layered circuits are fabricated from a combination of double sided circuits and single sided circuits. There are a myriad of options for copper thickness and dielectric thickness as the samples above and allow impedance controlled designs by adding ground planes on either side of the signals. These circuits can also handle from as little as several milliamps to several amps as required and can be populated with components to suit your design.

Non-plated hole sizes: .008” drilled
Copper plated hole sizes: .010” drilled
Copper thickness options: ¼ oz, ½ oz, 1 oz, 2 oz, 7.8 mils, 10 mils
Standard base dielectric thickness options => 1 mil, 2 mil (other non standard sizes available)
