Heaters are used in many applications throughout diverse industries. They’re used in medical devices, industrial devices, automotive, commercial etc… They come in all shapes and sizes, from the very small - fractions of an inch to the very large - measured in feet and may be designed to wrap closely to the surfaces that require the heat.

Several conductor materials are available for flex heaters. The most common are copper, inconel and constantan.

Trace/Space: Copper .004” / .004” (typical)
Inconel .007” / .007” (typical)
Constantan .007” / .007” (typical)
Hole size: .008” drilled
Conductor thickness options: 1 mil, 2 mil (typical)
Standard base dielectric thickness options => 1 mil, 2 mil (other non standard sizes available)
