DOUBLE SIDED CIRCUITS

Double sided circuits offer more options for trace routing as you now have the luxury of two conductive layers. This circuit type is also economical as there are many standard options for copper thickness, dielectric thickness and choice of insulating layers. These circuits can also handle from as little as several milliamps to several amps as required and can be populated with components to suit your design.

Trace/Space: .005” / .005” (typical)
Non-plated hole sizes: .008” drilled
Copper plated hole sizes: .010” drilled
Copper thickness options: ¼ oz, ½ oz, 1 oz, 2 oz, 7.8 mils, 10 mils
Standard base dielectric thickness options => 1 mil, 2 mil (other non standard sizes available)
